With more than a decade of experience supporting local schools, non-profits, and small businesses, we know that IT can be become complicated and expensive if not well-managed. That's where we come in - with experience across healthcare, non-profit, education, legal, SMB, construction, and manufacturing, we simplify and streamline tech services and management.

Our Vision and Mission

IT encompasses almost every aspect of life now, from our homes, to the office, to the beach. It should enhance what we do, not cause headaches.

With technology being so ubiquitous and interconnected, it's often very complex. But complex doesn't have to mean complicated. By keeping it simple, we eliminate overhead, surprise costs, and tech stress.

We don't get caught up on the jargon - we just want to provide rock solid technical and customer service.

Our History

We started out providing just help desk support for schools in eastern Oregon, and gradually grew from there. We've done network design and build, mail and web hosting, security (both physical and cyber), telecom, wireless connectivity, server install and migration, cloud services like Microsoft 365/Intune, PSA/CRM implementations, automation, project management, and more.

We've provided services and support for public education, medical/dental offices, food production, non-profits, legal offices, government and law enforcement, retail, manufacturing, construction and engineering firms. Each field has their own unique needs, and unique requirements, such as HIPAA, CIPPA, CJIS and PCI. If we find that we may not be the best fit during a consultation, we'll still provide recommendations and referrals to providers that might be that better fit.
