This is the service that we get asked about the most - almost nobody needs a monthly support contract for their home computer. This is the option for you if you'd just like us to drop by (or work with you remotely) for a tune-up, or to help troubleshoot and fix a minor problem. We try to address these in the order received, and costs depend on complexity of the work; a desktop tune-up doesn't cost as much as a multi-device smart-home setup. This is the service for clients who don't need a monthly contract, but have a catastrophic problem - something like ransomware or a server crash. You'll be bumped in front of non-emergency calls (but not Contract-covered emergencies) to get your business up and running ASAP! I'm not going to lie to you - this is the most expensive service option we have.
Our basic contract service option provides a time-based level of support based on the number of support hours you think you'll need each month. Plans start at 8 hours (1 day) and increase in half-day increments. This service plan is designed for routine maintenance like updates, backup/disaster recovery testing, and access to our help-desk system for less routine work or projects.
Our 'safety-net' option - for the company who has a tech-savvy staff, or a small IT staff on-hand. You don't need an outside contractor coming around all the time, but your team wouldn't mind a little extra help for those big projects, or when stuff really hits the fan. If you don't use any emergency hours in the month, we'll automatically credit some of those back for the following month or convert them into Standard Service hours for updates and maintenance.
Billed in 30-minute increments. Remote work is 1 hour minimum, on-site is 2 hour minimum plus round-trip travel. Prices listed are per hour. Available during business hours only (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time)
Basic tune-up, antivirus scan, software installation
Printer install, replace a keyboard or display, set up a new computer.
User training, system security review, basic virus cleanup, minor network changes
Recover missing data, deep clean an infected system, install or configure modem/router & small network. Large network (multiple VLAN, multiple ISP/failover) add $30/hr. Set up basic backup/disaster recovery solution (license not included). 2-hour minimum plus travel
Server install/configure (Windows OS only, you provide license key), firewall/switch install, enterprise-level backup/disaster recovery solution setup (does not include licensing or hardware)
This is the "we delay non-emergency clients to start on your needs ASAP" -- Billed in 1 hour increments, 2 hour minimum; prices are per hour during regular business hours. After-hours add $25/hr

Contract and remote assistance require acceptance of remote access and management tools installed. Prices are per month, 1-year contract discount (optional monitoring/Antivirus options).
